The Project consists of a new PG&E electrical service upgrade, including partial removal of the existing decorative fence and gate; demolition of the existing transformer pad and coordination with PG&E for transformer removal; installation of a new main switchboard (MSB), transformer, electrical routing, trenching, and concrete equipment pads; and relocation of the decorative fence and gate. New panic hardware shall be installed on the existing pedestrian gate accessing the utility enclosure. All trench repairs shall be flush with adjacent existing surfaces. The scope of work does not trigger path-of-travel upgrades.
