The construction of the Performing Arts Center is on an approximately half-acre District-owned site located at 501 Old San Jose Road in Soquel. The Project will include approximately 20,000 sq ft of buildings, including a main house performance space, control booth, staff offices, a choral room, drama and movement classroom spaces, scene workshop, support spaces, and associated site improvements. Site improvements that need to be completed prior to work starting on the PAC include, but are not limited to, a revised turnaround space, a revised fire access lane, and a new student staircase.
