The Project generally consists of modernization of Buildings C west, C east and D -converting three (3) 960 square feet into two (2) 1360 square foot educational spaces. Modernization of restroom building “C”. Modernization of one (1) classroom in building “B”. Modernization of kinder complex entrance. Addition of new decorative fencing and gate. Modernization of three (3) outdoor courtyard spaces adjacent to classroom buildings C west, C east and D. Including seating areas, hardscape and landscape. Modernization of kinder outdoor play area. Including new sensory equipment.
