Project Description:
The District is proposing to undertake a housing project that is in the development and design phase. The initial feasibility study is a part of this process. We are seeking parties interested in doing the feasibility study based on optional designs that meet the criteria of the attached information. Performing (quoting separately) the feasibility study will NOT preclude development contractors from bidding the work itself.
