(Changed 7/16/24) The Nordhoff Aquatic Center Project is a Lease-Leaseback funded project which will be awarded on a best value basis as determined through the Request for Proposal process (RFP) The project includes masonry buildings with rooms for team gatherings, coaches, pool equipment, and storage. It also includes a 35 Meter x 25 Yard swimming pool, covered bleachers and entrance structure to the sports complex. Demolition of the existing pool is NOT a part of this project. The RFP document and some related documents are included with this posting.
