All that is required is a piece of paper in a sealed envelope submitted to us so that we can open them and choose the highest bidder for the vehicle. Sealed bids for the 2001 International 4700 w/ lift gate will be received by the Ojai Unified School District at the OUSD Board Room (414 E Ojai Ave Ojai CA 93022 Room 1) until 10AM on 4/20/2023. The amounts will be read aloud, and the bidders notified of their status in person and by the contacts provided on their bid on 4/21/2023. Inspection Walk: 4/7/2023 at 12PM, meet in the back of the district office property, 15 minutes before to check in. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and directed to: David Rogers Director of Operations 414 E Ojai Ave Ojai CA 93023 Bids can be mailed or dropped off in person. In person bids can be left with the business office during regular business hours. Items are being sold as is and where is. Verification of the description and condition is the responsibility of the bidder. All sales are final. The Ojai Unified School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to value any defects or irregularities therein. Minimum bid amounts, when indicated, shall be applicable. The Ojai Unified School District makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the condition or completeness of the equipment being sold, nor does the equipment necessarily meet California Occupational Safety and Health Act Standard, Orders, or Regulations.
