The Fallbrook Union High School District (District) issues a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) to invite the submission of statement of qualifications and proposals (Response(s)) from contractors to perform construction services for the District’s Fallbrook High School CTE Project pursuant to the lease-leaseback delivery method. (Ed. Code, § 17406.) The Project construction cost is estimated to be between $17,000,000.00 - $17,500,000.00. The scope of the Project will include: Construction of a new CTE Building; Modernization of existing Building 400 – Vocational Arts Building; Construction of a new Adult Transition Program Building; the removal and replacement of existing Relocatable Buildings 129, 130, 131 & 132; Demolition of existing wood shop, auto shop and metal shop; Demolition and removal of existing (9) portable buildings and associated utilities and sitework including but not limited to new concrete, AC paving, fencing, gates and landscape.
